Between the demands of everyday life, the constant news cycle, and the emotional weight so many women carry, finding a moment of genuine peace can feel impossible.
Join Sixx Cool Moms for a restorative breathwork experience led by Alice Green Langholt of Reiki Awakening, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive circle of women.
Through guided somatic breathwork, we'll create space to explore accumulated stress, anger, and anxiety while cultivating a deeper sense of grounding, emotional balance, and inner calm.
This is an invitation to put down what you've been carrying, even if just for a little while, and give yourself permission to simply be.
