If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or like you haven’t had a moment to yourself, this is for you.
Join us for a guided evening designed to help you slow down, release stress, and actually reset.
We’ll begin with a grounding ritual and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by Embodied Ease, a gentle, intuitive movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system.
No experience needed. Nothing to get “right.” Just space to breathe, move, and exist without anyone needing anything from you.
Afterward, stay for light snacks and optional conversation with other moms who get it.
