If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or like you haven’t had a second to breathe, this is for you.
Join Sixx Cool Moms of Montgomery County and Shannon Phelan of Great Seneca Yoga for The Monthly Reset: Yoga + Breathwork for Moms.
This is not a typical yoga class. It’s a calm, low-pressure space to slow down, release tension, and actually reset your nervous system.
We’ll start with gentle, accessible yoga, followed by guided breathwork designed to help you unwind and feel more like yourself again.
After, stay for light snacks and optional conversation with other moms who get it. No pressure to socialize, just space to connect if you want to.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
