I love fall fashions! It’s such a special time of year. The weather becomes dramatically different, the colors and textures feel new and fresh, and there are new styles to learn about. Boots and booties, loafers and mules move to the front of your closet. And it’s sweater weather!

Let’s balance your fall wardrobe by pairing what you have in your closet from last year with a few current styles for the season.

New in Fall Fashion 2026

Funnel Neck Jackets

A high, stand-up collar that can be zipped all the way up gives these jackets a modern, simple look.

Snakeskin

With shades of brown, taupe, or black and white, this pattern can work as a neutral. Easily incorporate it into your outfit with boots or bags. If you’re feeling bold, try a skirt or sweater!

Dark Wash Denim

Choose any style you love: low-rise, mid-rise, straight-leg, or wide-leg. Your favorite jeans in a dark wash, period.

Medallion Belts

Statement hardware adds the perfect touch to pants or a dress. You can also wear a medallion belt over a blazer or sweater.

Asymmetrical Styles

Off-the-shoulder tops, uneven hemlines, and off-center necklines are having a moment! This flattering, playful look is fun to wear.

Bomber Jackets

Sophisticated and stylish with an edgy feel, bomber jackets come in all sorts of materials. Wear one with jeans and a top or over a dress.

A Pop of Color

Think red! Add just a touch as an accent through a shoe, bag, scarf, or sweater.

Sneaker Mules

Such a fun, easy, and comfortable shoe to wear. Pair them with trousers or jeans.

Zebra Print

Zebra, or any animal print, can make a statement as a skirt, dress, or pair of pants. For a more subtle look, consider a scarf, bag, or belt.

Purple

From lavender to eggplant to plum, purple is this season’s color! Pair it with browns, grays, and denim. It’s a great color for accessories, too.

Flower Brooches

Made from all sorts of materials, flower brooches can be worn on coat lapels, blazers, sweaters, hats, and scarves. Pin one on or cluster a few together for a bolder look.

Still in Style From Last Year

Before you shop, take another look at your closet. These favorites still have a place in your fall wardrobe:

  • Sporty Looks Track stripes and elevated athleisure.

  • Sheer Layering Sheer tops, skirts, or even socks layered with solid pieces.

  • Stripes Tops, sweaters, and scarves.

  • Suede Shoes and boots.

  • Preppy Sweaters Chocolate Brown and Blue

Make It Your Own

You don’t need to get all the trendy pieces. Choose just a few to complement what you already have and make your wardrobe feel fresh and current.

Have fun!
